《website design protocol》

Harbin Sumly technology limited company（refer to party B hereafter）

Party B provides designing website service for party A，through negotiation both parties,
agreement is as follows.

First, party B provides product and service for party A：

1、designing website is_____ to design， party B provides website builder platform( )type,
space：__________M/year domain：__________________ （ ）__year, email:_____/____ year，
amount of email space:_____ M，Website promotion：________________________

Second, validity and payment mode：

1、party A uses website builder system and space which party B provides from____ year__ month__ day
to ____ year__ month__ day.

2、payment of party A：（small letter）__________ $，other expense：__________$.

3、party A pays total amount：（ ）type，$：capital letter____________________________________.

4、After signing agreement, party A pays for party B once, after party B receives payment of party A,
the agreement is effective.

Third, right and obligation of party A

1、 party A uses payment mode to get(design website service) right of building platform and
website space, party A can span and edit designing website through management system.

2、 Party A should ghost information which edits in building website way.

3、 Party A cannot use self-service website builder platform to span any counteraction,
violence, eroticism(include sex thing), harm others reputation, pirate, and infract
law and obligation and social moral of website; cannot send rubbish email;
once discovery to violate the clauses, party B has right to close party A of website
system. If party A violates the clauses to make IP address closed by related department,
party A must compensate for created loss. Judge to happen matter by party A or not,
base on the evidence which related department provides.

4、 In order to prevent to be unable to visit website, party A should pay next term
of payment at least advanced one month.

Fourth, right and obligation of party A

1、Provide safe service system, promise make website system to operate normally.

2、Provide 7×8 hours technical support service，answer technical problem on-line.

3, party B should ghost system and data. If system file is damaged by server, after party A submits,
party B restores system file in 24-hour, if part B of data cannot restore by ghost reason,
party B will compensate by decline related rent.

4, System has operation problem by itself, party B will submit solution in 24-hour,
but not include increasing and changing of system function module. If server cannot be visited or
system break down by party B, party B restores at once, If system cannot use above 72-hour continually,
party B provides related rent time as compensation, or decline related time of rent.

5, party B promises to keep secret of management account and password for party A.
Unable to provide client information to others.

Fifth, Exemption statement：

When party B carry on maintenance or promotion to make server closed, advanced to inform.
If the line has problem which we are not responsible or other problem to make server closed,
party B has no responsibility. if Party A breaks the laws of the People’s Republic
of China, he shall be fully responsible for all the consequences and responsibilities,
and Party B shall bear no responsibility.

Sixth, There are two copies of this Contract, one for each party.
